## Description

1000-Word Philosophy is an open-access journal and an introductory anthology that offers a constantly-growing collection of nearly 150 original essays on important philosophical topics. Written by experts in philosophy, these essays serve as concise introductions rather than argumentative articles. Each essay is meticulously crafted to be as close to 1000 words as possible, making them easily digestible within five to ten minutes. The aim of 1000-Word Philosophy is to make philosophy accessible to everyone, bridging the gap between experts and general readers. The anthology caters to a wide audience, including philosophy enthusiasts, students, and instructors. The essays cover a diverse range of philosophical questions and debates, providing high-quality insights while offering references for further exploration. Founded in 2014, 1000-Word Philosophy continues to expand its collection and welcomes new essay submissions. It is a platform that encourages intellectual exploration, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of philosophy in all its complexity.
