## Description

100MICI UL, z.s. is a nonprofit patient organization supporting people with an intestinal or urinary stoma in the Ústí nad Labem and Česká Lípa regions. Its mission is to improve the quality of life of people living with a stoma and reduce the stigma associated with it. The organization provides a welcoming, safe community where members can share experiences, practical advice and useful tips for everyday life with a stoma. Family members and other close companions are welcome, too.

Through peer support, 100MICI UL helps people adjust to the challenges of living with a stoma and works to prevent isolation and exclusion from wider society. It holds regular gatherings on the second Wednesday of each month, except during school holidays, giving members a chance to talk, ask questions or simply spend time with others who understand their experiences. The organization also collaborates with the Czech national ostomy association České ILCO, other supportive organizations and companies, and participates in local community life.
