13-09-SR is a brand of accessories created by Serge Ruffieux. The name of the brand represents his birth date followed by his initials. The 13-09-SR collections are available at selected multi-brand stores as well as on their own e-shop. Serge Ruffieux, an Italian-Swiss designer, is the co-founder of the brand.

He has an extensive background in the fashion industry, having worked for prestigious fashion houses such as Moschino, Sonia Rykiel, Dior, and Carven. Emilie Faure, a French journalist with twenty years of experience in the fashion industry, is also a co-founder of 13-09-SR. The brand is committed to using existing materials to minimize waste and avoiding overproduction.

They prioritize European leathers and fabrics from dormant stocks and use Italian, bio-certified acetate for their sunglasses. Their products are manufactured in Europe, reducing their carbon footprint. The hand-embroidered straps are made in India by workshops dedicated to the well-being of their artisans.
