The 150 Mile House Fire Department has been serving the community since 1981 as a dedicated and taxpayer-supported service. Located in Electoral Area 'F' of the Cariboo Regional District in British Columbia, our department provides fire protection and first responder services to the area. With a growing local area, our roster includes a dedicated team of professionals, including reserve and auxiliary members.

Our active list consists of one chief, two deputy chiefs, captains, lieutenants, and firefighters. Our department prioritizes training, offering in-house NFPA 1001 training and certification to our firefighters, with many already certified and others currently pursuing their certification. We have also had the privilege to assist in provincial responses during significant wildfires in 150 Mile House, Alexis Creek, Lillooet, and Kelowna.
