## Description

1DGR is a video-first recruiting platform designed to help candidates and companies discover alignment before the first interview. Its approach aims to make hiring faster and more human-centered by moving beyond static resumes and reducing unnecessary interviews. Candidates can create video-first profiles that complement their resumes, showcasing their personality, experience, and purpose. Companies can build custom hiring pages to present their culture, leadership, and open roles, then review candidates through short videos.

The platform is designed for both sides of the hiring process. Users can share profiles and company pages through a link or QR code, making it easy to connect online or in person without scheduling an initial conversation. Premium candidate details become available when there is mutual interest. By helping both parties understand purpose, culture, and fit earlier, 1DGR seeks to support stronger matches, reduce time-to-hire and hiring costs, and focus interviews on promising candidates.

1DGR is currently in beta and invites companies and candidates to request access and help shape the platform.
