At One Less Thing, we are dedicated to transforming lives through mental health education and support. Founded by Vikki Paealiki, an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Aotearoa Instructor, our mission is to empower both individuals and organizations to be Mental Health First Aiders. Our comprehensive Mental Health First Aid courses are specifically tailored to address workplace mental health, stress, anxiety, and depression management, equipping participants with essential skills to support those facing mental challenges.

Since our inception in 2012, we have aimed to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health, driven by Vikki's personal journey and resilience. We offer engaging workshops designed for both organizations and the wider community, designed to foster understanding and reduce misconceptions about mental health issues.
