## Description

1NCBlockchain is a blockchain and fintech platform presented as a community-powered network connecting North Carolina’s 100 counties. Its ecosystem combines digital assets, trading tools, crypto payments, AI integrations, and community features. The platform’s native token, Cardinal Coin (NCCC), is an ERC-20 token on Base with a stated fixed supply of 100 million. It is designed to support subscriptions, staking, a community fund, and beta governance, as well as the platform’s on-chain arcade.

For traders, 1NCBlockchain offers an agent that connects to accounts at Kraken, Coinbase, Alpaca, or Kalshi using customer-provided API keys. New users begin with a 48-hour paper-trading period before choosing whether to go live; the service says it does not custody users’ funds. Its crypto payments product provides hosted, USD-priced checkout and payment confirmation through webhooks, with Base live and Ethereum and Polygon listed as ready. Developers can also connect MCP-compatible AI tools to platform functions through a hosted endpoint or local package.
