## Description

One Rail Australia is an Australian rail-based logistics partner providing freight services designed around customers’ operating and delivery requirements. The values-driven business combines operational expertise, innovation and a personalised approach to support integrated supply chains. Its continuous, 24/7 freight operations help keep products moving reliably throughout the week.

The company offers rail haulage for coal, bulk commodities and containerised freight. Its coal services primarily operate across the Hunter Valley, serving mine sites from the Gunnedah Basin through to the Hunter Valley and the Port of Newcastle. For bulk customers, One Rail Australia develops tailored solutions for commodities including minerals and agricultural products, supporting freight destined for export or transferred interstate. It also works with customers to plan containerised services that use rail to move products to key Australian export nodes.

With in-house expertise across above-rail operations, the company focuses on efficient, customer-specific service. One Rail Australia also highlights rail safety, sustainability and community support as part of its business approach, and recruits employees to contribute to a collaborative, one-team culture.
