## Description

Transform Iran is a Christian ministry focused on bringing the message and power of Christ to Iran and beyond. Its work responds to the challenges facing Christians in Iran, where sharing the gospel can be dangerous. The organization says its team consists mostly of indigenous Iranian believers and brings more than 50 years of experience in church planting, discipleship, leadership development, business, project management and strategic thinking.

Transform Iran’s work has three main areas. Through evangelism, it shares the gospel with Iranians inside and outside the country using television, radio, social media and outreach missions. Its discipleship initiatives strengthen believers and develop leaders through Bible-based resources and training. The ministry also undertakes strategic projects intended to support lasting change across Iranian society, from elite communities to people living in poverty.

Its online resources include Kairos, an AI discipleship tool, and a secure VPN designed to help people explore Christianity more safely.
