## Description

The 225th Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dedicated to defending the country. Its website introduces the regiment and invites volunteers, both military personnel and civilians, to apply for combat and support positions. Applicants can submit their personal details, education, military status, experience, and preferred role through an online recruitment form.

The regiment highlights experienced volunteers among its ranks, including people who have served since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion and during the Anti-Terrorist Operation period. It says its commanders bring battlefield experience and apply it while carrying out missions and protecting personnel. Training is ongoing and informed by real combat experience, with guidance and support provided to recruits.

The unit also describes its use of drones and other modern equipment, emphasizing that technology can take on risks to help protect soldiers. It presents mutual support and comradeship as central to service, in both combat and everyday life.
