# Jordi Adame - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `24uurszorgloket.nl` ## Description 24 Uurszorgloket is a Dutch home-care provider focused on helping people remain in their own homes rather than move to a care home. It arranges live-in care and day-and-night support tailored to clients’ needs, while also helping relieve pressure on family members and informal caregivers. The service is designed to offer practical assistance, companionship, safety and a reassuring presence. Care workers, described by the organisation as care au pairs, are experienced professionals recruited from nearby EU countries. They receive preparation and personal guidance, and can assist with everyday activities such as getting up, showering, shopping, cooking, eating and going for walks. The service supports older people and clients with needs related to dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, COPD, MS, disability or post-operative rehabilitation, as well as people experiencing loneliness. 24 Uurszorgloket also guides clients through care-indication and personal budget (pgb) applications, including information about CIZ assessments and funding under the Dutch Long-Term Care Act. The organisation says live-in care is often largely or fully reimbursed through a pgb, depending on eligibility. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Geriatric and Aging Care _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/24uurszorgloket) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/24_uurszorgloket) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/het-24-uurs-zorgloket) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/Jordi) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCyNYOEB3VIFUWEAdbvH5AAA) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXqn9Dedc/w/820/h/482/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791833550512) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXqn9Dedc/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791833550625) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Fuzzy Wuzzy Brown | #c5506a | accent | | Emperor | #515151 | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXqn9Dedc/w/1500/h/500/idc3y0cu--.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791833550974) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
