2BC Liberty is a vibrant and inclusive community of faith located in Liberty, Missouri. Our brand is deeply rooted in the belief that we should love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves, as commanded by Jesus. Our vision is to be a catalyst for God's dreams among the people of Second Baptist Church, in the Kansas City metro region, and around the world. We are committed to fostering a meaningful Christ-centered community and a transforming missional presence. At 2BC Liberty, we value relationship and service. We nurture a relationship with God through worship and study, and we foster relationships with one another to live, serve, grow, and worship together. We also believe in serving the world and finding our unique niche in God's work. We appreciate our rich history while growing toward the future, and we unite around the confession that Jesus Christ is Lord. Our core Christian beliefs affirm the Triune God, the revelation of God through the Bible, and the redemption of creation and humanity through Christ's life, death, and resurrection.
