## Description

2B Psychology is an Australian psychology practice led by Brendon Sparg, a registered psychologist with more than 25 years of experience. Based in Townsville, the practice has provided services beyond its local community since 2018, offering telehealth support to people across Australia. Its approach combines psychology with practical guidance to help clients find direction, build motivation and make meaningful choices in life, work and study.

Services include one-to-one psychology sessions, live online webinars, coaching and self-guided courses. The Motivation Project is designed for people who know what they want but struggle to take action, while The Purpose Project supports those seeking clarity about what matters and which direction to take. Webinars offer structured, psychology-based strategies in a group setting, with no requirement to share personal information or commit to ongoing appointments. The self-guided courses provide an online learning option for both projects. 2B Psychology also accepts referrals from GPs and specialists, helping individuals access support in a format suited to their needs.
