## Description

2 Fun Guys is an Atlanta, Georgia-based mushroom-growing business founded by growers Howard Berk and Todd Pittard. The company helps people cultivate mushrooms at home, with a focus on log-grown varieties and practical do-it-yourself products. Its offerings include fresh shiitake and oyster mushrooms, pre-inoculated logs, plug spawn and starter kits for shiitake, oyster and lion’s mane mushrooms. Customers can also purchase spawn-and-wax combinations, mushroom wax and related accessories, as well as gift sets and other merchandise.

For its mushroom logs, 2 Fun Guys uses hand-selected sweetgum trees, inoculates the wood with M.O.S.A. organic plug spawn and ages the logs to support mycelium development. The company also provides log inoculation, including a shiitake inoculation class, and shares guidance through mushroom care information, wood and species charts, FAQs, articles, recipes and a blog. Its products are available through its online store and retail partners. 2 Fun Guys presents its work as a hands-on way for customers to explore mushroom growing and enjoy home-grown harvests.
