## Description

2GC Limited is a strategy implementation consultancy that helps organisations turn strategic plans into practical, measurable action. The company works with organisations of different types and sizes, supporting leaders and teams to agree on a vision, clarify objectives, assign accountability and monitor progress. Its services include strategy implementation, Balanced Scorecard design and implementation, performance management consultancy, and reviews to audit and improve existing scorecards. 2GC also provides bespoke in-house and public training courses on related topics, alongside 2GC Express, a rapid, cost-effective service for organisations seeking focused advice. Its consultants work internationally, offer multilingual support and can deliver much of their consultancy and guidance online. To share evidence and practical knowledge, 2GC publishes articles, FAQs and case studies, and runs an annual global survey examining how organisations use Balanced Scorecards. The company’s approach focuses on helping clients build management tools that people understand, use and own, so leadership teams can translate strategy into coordinated actions and adjust them as needed.
