We offer mentorship programs for young talents, providing them with guidance and support to overcome cultural challenges and succeed in their professions. Through our community platform, we provide a peer-to-peer platform where members can connect, ask questions, share knowledge, and organize regional meet-up events. We also have a mentorship program, with over 100 experienced mentors who support students and young professionals with immigration backgrounds in their personal and professional development. Additionally, we focus on communication and public relations, sharing our members' stories and raising awareness of cultural challenges and opportunities in the tech industry.
