2LPE has revolutionized sociological, linguistic, and educational perspectives by offering courses in sign language, interpreter services, conferences, and workshops. In 1984, they expanded their services to include bilingual classes. Officially established in 1988, 2LPE CO primarily operates in the Center West region but extends its commitment to national projects and awareness campaigns.
