## Description

2 SIDES IN 2 MINUTES is a communication and learning game designed to help professionals understand different perspectives and strengthen their communication, influence, and leadership skills. Its card-based format creates a lively, collaborative experience for individuals and teams, and can be played one-on-one, in groups of four, or with larger teams.

The game invites a nominated speaker to present both sides of a serious or light-hearted topic in two minutes. Observers then offer feedback using one of 12 communication dimensions, helping participants reflect on how they express and receive ideas. A passport booklet supports continued learning with instructions, definitions, and practical tips for applying each dimension.

The deck includes 30 light-hearted statement cards, 30 serious statement cards, wild cards for choosing or writing topics, and 12 observer cards, each focused on a different aspect of communication. 2 SIDES IN 2 MINUTES also provides access to videos about five barriers to communication.
