## Description

3-Flo is a movement and fitness brand based at Ryeish Green Sports Hub in Reading, offering parkour, freerunning, tricking and bodyweight training. Its classes help participants develop physical ability, confidence and mental resilience by discovering how to move effectively and safely. The programme includes children’s parkour classes for ages 8–16, with sessions covering foundational jumps, tumbling, freerunning and tricking, progressing towards more advanced skills. Classes are designed to build confidence and encourage participants to challenge themselves at a suitable pace. 3-Flo also offers fitness sessions for teens aged 13 and older and adults. These combine compound movements drawn from parkour with calisthenics exercises to strengthen the body using bodyweight. The brand’s approach focuses on creating strong foundations and helping people move with greater control and fluidity, whether training in the gym or applying movement skills outside. Classes can be booked online or arranged directly by email or phone, with payment accepted online or in person by contactless card or cash.
