Brain cancer is a deadly disease, and the organization aims to make a difference by providing funding for brilliant researchers who are working towards finding reasonable treatments and solutions. Their mission is to extend life expectancy and positively impact the state of research. Founded in 2012, the brand was inspired by the personal experience of Jenny Mulligan, the founder's sister, who battled a glioblastoma tumor. The name 3000 Miles comes from Maria Parker, the founder's sister and an endurance cyclist, who competed in the grueling 3000-mile Race Across America to raise funds for brain cancer research. With proper funding, the brand believes that the outcome for those diagnosed with brain cancer can improve, just as other cancers and diseases have seen transformational advancements. Join 3000 Miles to a Cure in their mission to end brain cancer by donating, volunteering, or participating in their events. ## Industries - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - 🎗 Community and Society ## Links - [youtube](https://youtube.com/3000milestoacure) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/3000toacure) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/3000toacure) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/3000-miles-to-a-cure) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/3ktoacure) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idCV4IsAGq/w/300/h/60/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1781281357162) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idCV4IsAGq/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1781281357286) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Chilean Fire | #f67000 | accent | | Boston Blue | #3b83a8 | dark | | Jordy Blue | #9bd6f3 | light | ## Fonts - HelveticaNeueCondensedBold — asset _(custom)_ - Arial — asset _(custom)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idCV4IsAGq/w/1500/h/500/id88Z5i067.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1781281357517) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
