## Description

37signals is a brand that offers a catalog of ideas and signals that drive us. They provide a range of products and services, including Signals, Basecamp, HEY, and Books. With a commitment to independence, they believe that work isn't war and emphasize the importance of small teams. They follow a profit motive and prioritize action, erring on the side of doing rather than overthinking. Their unique approach includes shaping up every six and not selling their customers. They promote a balanced work-life philosophy with 8/8/8 as a guiding principle and encourage their customers to take their time, avoiding the rush. With a focus on customer service, they believe in paying people, not just addresses. Their expertise extends to small tech and they value broad thinking over narrow perspectives. With a vast array of principles and insights, 37signals is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for businesses and individuals alike.
