3Cdc

3Cdc, or the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation, is a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing and connecting the downtown areas of Cincinnati, particularly the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Since its establishment in 2003, 3Cdc has focused on strengthening the core assets of downtown Cincinnati through various projects and initiatives. One of the main goals of 3Cdc is to create and manage great civic spaces.

They strive to preserve historic structures, improve streetscapes, and develop high-density, mixed-use buildings. Additionally, 3Cdc aims to create diverse, mixed-income neighborhoods that are supported by local businesses. Over the years, 3Cdc has achieved numerous milestones, including the renovation of iconic locations like Fountain Square and Washington Park, the opening of the 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati, and the development of residential units and commercial spaces in projects like Mercer Commons and Abington Race & Pleasant.

With the support of corporate leaders and partnerships with the City of Cincinnati and the State of Ohio, 3Cdc continues to play a vital role in the economic growth and vibrancy of downtown Cincinnati
