## Description

The Commonwealth Centre for Connected Learning (3CL) is a public EdTech foundation based in Malta. Established in 2017, 3CL operates as an arms-length Education Foundation funded by the Government of Malta and collaborations with organizations like the Commonwealth of Learning and the European Commission. Serving as a global knowledge hub, 3CL facilitates the rapid deployment of EdTech programs in the Commonwealth and the EU.

With a focus on connected learning, 3CL advocates for inclusive and equitable access to education, prioritizing the learner experience over specific platforms or technologies. The foundation offers a range of services, including knowledge brokerage, applied research on lifelong learning and emerging technologies, and accreditation of online learning.

Additionally, 3CL is engaged in combating online disinformation and promoting inclusion and equity through digital education. They organize high-profile conferences, peer-learning events, workshops, and communities of practice. Emphasizing the transformative power of EdTech programs, 3CL is dedicated to critical communications and connected learning.
