3CSN is a brand that is dedicated to strengthening student success within California Community Colleges. They offer a wide range of products and services to support educators and create communities of practice that lead to greater student success. Their professional learning opportunities include Design Labs, which are multi-day intensive learning sessions, and Wayfinding Online, which offers weekly sessions for ongoing learning.

They also provide Equity Courses, such as the BSILI: Leadership for Curricular & Institutional Transformation, which is a year-long leadership training program. Additionally, 3CSN offers the Facilitator Learning Community (FLC), a year-long facilitator training program, and support for Communities of Practice, which encourages ongoing collective inquiry and practice among educators. Since 2008, 3CSN has supported over 66,000 educators from 116 California community colleges.
