## Description

3dplusplus is a creative collective of designers, artists and makers based in Potenza, Italy. Bringing together design and technology, the group develops ideas from initial concept through digital modelling and production, turning virtual 3D designs into physical objects using high-definition 3D printers. Its services include 3D printing, product and interaction design, video mapping, packaging and wearable technology.

The collective starts with a practical need, considers whether an existing market solution is available, and then imagines, refines and produces a tailored alternative. It also customizes and brands objects, creating made-to-order pieces for individual clients and projects. Examples featured in its work include 3D-printed lamps based on photographs, jewelry, decorative objects and accessories designed to help protect phone and tablet cables. The process can span sketching, 3D modelling and printing, with the brand showcasing projects that move from an idea to a finished object. With an exploratory, hands-on approach, 3dplusplus combines creative design with digital fabrication to make distinctive, personalized products.
