## Description

3e Sens is a recruitment consultancy founded in 2014, built around a more personal and meaningful approach to hiring. The company aims to replace impersonal, overly commercial exchanges with genuine relationships and close collaboration. Rather than pursuing quantitative targets, its team focuses on clients’ success and on supporting human resources over the long term.

3e Sens offers tailored recruitment support, adapting its approach to each client and project. Its consultants take time to understand the people and goals behind a brief, then work alongside clients to identify suitable solutions and represent their projects authentically. The firm describes its working style as responsive, flexible and effective, with an emphasis on transparency, kindness and enthusiasm.

Led by co-founders Laura Cohen and Jeanne Baudry, 3e Sens presents recruitment as a collaborative, human experience. The team values straightforward communication and trusted partnerships, aiming to build lasting relationships with the organisations it serves. For businesses seeking a personalised recruitment partner, 3e Sens offers advice and support shaped around their specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
