Helene Dee H is a brand that is all about fitness, health, and family. Helene, the founder, is a lover of God, her husband, children, grandchildren, parents, and siblings. She has faced many challenges throughout her life but feels truly blessed to still be standing.

Her passion for fitness dates back to her childhood when she would do workouts with her mother using Richard Simmons VHS tapes. She was fascinated by how Simmons included people of all shapes and sizes in his workouts, showing real progress and results. Inspired by her own fitness journey, Helene decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry.

She is now a Team Beachbody Coach and a FiTour Certified Boot Camp Instructor. She recently started hosting fitness camps. Helene believes that it's never too late to follow your calling in life, as long as you're physically and mentally capable and willing to pursue it.
