## Description

3Queens is a Czech IT recruitment agency that connects technology professionals with companies and projects suited to their skills and ambitions. Its team of specialist IT recruiters works with both candidates seeking a new role and employers looking to strengthen their teams. For job seekers, 3Queens offers a personal, conversational approach: recruiters learn about each person’s experience and career direction, then help identify suitable positions and explain the opportunity’s details. Candidates interested in remote work can also ask the team to negotiate for that option. For businesses, the agency helps find capable IT professionals to meet hiring needs. 3Queens presents itself as a partner in shaping each candidate’s next career chapter and matching talent with distinctive companies. The company also highlights its participation in conferences and meetups, alongside activities and a blog. Based in Prague, 3Queens serves the Czech market through its recruitment team and invites both candidates and employers to get in touch to discuss their needs.
