3T Noisy le Grand is an association in Noisy le Grand that offers a wide range of Chinese martial arts and energetic practices. Through three complementary disciplines - Kung Fu (Wushu), Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) style Chen, and Qi Gong - they provide opportunities for individuals of all levels to discover and learn these ancient arts. Kung Fu, also known as Chinese boxing, focuses on the development of physical qualities such as flexibility, power, and speed.

They offer classes for children and adults, catering to all levels. Taiji Quan, belonging to the family of internal martial arts, emphasizes relaxation, grounding, and fluidity of movements. The Chen style, the oldest and parent style of the five traditional Taiji Quan styles, is studied extensively.

Students learn both unarmed and weapon forms, as well as pushing hands (Tuishu).
