## Description

4M Danmark is part of the worldwide 4M organisation, a community of men who seek to live extraordinary lives. Its work is grounded in faith, brotherhood, adventure and justice, with a focus on helping men step beyond everyday routines and engage their minds, bodies and spirits.

Its main experience is the Xtreme Character Challenge (XCC), a demanding 72-hour outdoor adventure for small groups of six to nine men. Over three days, participants hike through distinctive natural surroundings and take on physical, mental and spiritual challenges. The experience is designed to encourage reflection, including on the journey between head and heart, and to challenge participants in relation to themselves, the elements and God. 4M Danmark says XCC has strengthened friendships, renewed courage, restored relationships and changed perspectives for past participants.

The organisation also lists campfire evenings and 24-hour inspiration events among its offerings. Through these activities, 4M Danmark invites men to pursue adventure, build brotherhood and find inspiration together.
