Kandi brings with her a wealth of experience from her 20-year career in Fortune 500 companies, where she specialized in strategic planning, business development, eCommerce, branding, and more.

She also played a crucial role in veteran outreach and legislative input while working with Senator Kyrsten Sinema and provided strategic recommendations for Arizona State University to advance research, community veteran engagement, and student support services. Kandi is actively involved in various nonprofit organizations and serves on the advisory council of U. S.

VETS in Phoenix. Kevin, on the other hand, experienced firsthand the difficulties of transitioning to civilian life after his enlistment in the U. S.

Army. With the help of Kandi, he found his way into the civilian job market and eventually built a successful career at Lockheed Martin and Dell. In 2016, Kevin shifted his focus to a sports technology company he co-founded.
