50-50 SYNC CIC is a micro-sized social enterprise established in 2011. With 30 years of combined experience in various local authority children services and both primary and secondary mainstream and special school settings, including PRUs, we provide targeted interventions to address student engagement issues. Our goal is to support all children and young people in engaging with education and developing employability skills to enhance their life outcomes.

We offer skill-based interventions that cultivate work-ready mindsets, assessing the needs of each child through six mechanisms of change that impact employability capabilities. Our interventions can be delivered face-to-face or remotely through video conferencing and communication platforms. We operate throughout the year, providing support during both term time and school holidays.

Our offerings include the COVID-19 Reintegration Programme, supporting young people in re-engaging with education through remote support. We also provide individual pupil support, whole school support, mental health support in football, extra-curricular targeted interventions, and an employability skills program. With a roster of satisfied clients, including local authorities, schools, and sports organizations, we have a proven track record of positively impacting students' social, emotional, and personal development outcomes.
