Our sandwiches are hand-rolled daily, guaranteeing maximum freshness without the use of preservatives. Additionally, our pre-cooked proteins make our sandwiches adaptable to both heated and cold consumption. As our brand evolved, we transitioned from a small restaurant called 57Cals to 57Végane.

Initially, 57Cals was the only vegan restaurant in Laval, offering an assortment of sandwiches and falafel plates. However, we wanted to make plant-based options more accessible to a wider audience. Thus, we partnered with grocery and health food stores in the Greater Montreal area to distribute our products.
