# Points Wellness - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `5pointswellness.com` ## Description Five Points Wellness is Greg Moore’s integrated men’s wellness practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded from Moore’s personal experience of loss, burnout, and recovery, the practice helps men become more whole, grounded, and fully alive through coordinated support across five pillars: mental, physical, nutritional, relational, and spiritual health. Rather than treating these areas separately, Five Points builds an individual plan that recognizes how they influence one another. Services include Jungian depth-psychology work to explore unconscious patterns and develop clarity and purpose; personal training using CrossFit’s functional approach to strength, mobility, and resilience; and evidence-based sports nutrition coaching designed to support sustainable habits. The practice also offers relational support drawing on the Gottman Method and its 5 Points Friendship Model, alongside spiritual formation incorporating contemplative practice, depth psychology, and neuroscience-informed meaning-making. New clients can begin with the 5 Points Onboarding Assessment, a broad review that includes mental-health evaluation, biometric testing, nutritional review, relational assessment, and spiritual grounding. The resulting report provides a personalized roadmap. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mens Health _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3KHG0ibw/w/96/h/96/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791281451118) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Sundance | #cda45e | accent | | Mirage | #16202e | dark | | Athens Gray | #f9fafb | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-geist-sans) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-geist-sans) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
