## Description

7ContinentRun is a digital sports series that brings people together to stay active, healthy, and motivated through virtual events inspired by the world’s continents and countries. Participants take part individually or in teams, collecting kilometres across scheduled 16-day events and comparing their achievements through a points system designed to work across different sports. The community has recorded more than 1.5 million kilometres, and participants can join an existing team or create their own to share encouragement and celebrate progress.

The programme offers a broad choice of activities, including running, cycling, swimming, Nordic walking, hiking, mountain biking, trail running, running with a dog, inline skating, and step counting. Events follow a tour-style calendar, with destinations linked to countries across the seven continents. After each event, participants can download individual and team certificates. Those completing a continent can also earn a specially designed, limited-edition medal, available through the brand’s shop. 7ContinentRun also features partners and a donations initiative, extending its community experience beyond personal fitness goals.
