## Description

The Hachinohe Fireworks Festival is a vibrant annual celebration held in Hachinohe, Japan, aimed at fostering community spirit and providing an exciting outdoor entertainment experience for locals. Organized by the Hachinohe Fireworks Festival Committee in collaboration with the Hachinohe Junior Chamber, this event marks its 44th iteration in 2024, commemorating the 5th anniversary of the Michinoku Shiokaze Trail and the 65th anniversary of the Junior Chamber. Scheduled for August 18, 2024, the festival will dazzle audiences with approximately 7,000 fireworks launched over the scenic Hachinohe Port, creating a breathtaking display of color and light.

Attendance requires a ticket, ensuring an organized yet festive atmosphere. Should weather conditions be unfavorable, the festival will be postponed to August 25. The event not only features spectacular fireworks but also opportunities for volunteering and sponsorship, making it a collective effort to celebrate summer and enhance community bonds in Hachinohe. For inquiries, attendees can reach the festival office at VISIT Hachinohe.
