## Description

Nine Lives Publishing, established in 2015, stands as the largest independent publishing house in Israel, dedicated to enriching the literary culture. With a commitment to unveiling literary gems from around the globe, Nine Lives publishes approximately thirty titles annually, equally split between Hebrew and translated works. The press particularly emphasizes contemporary Latin American literature, significant German literature from the interwar period, and classic works from Europe’s 20th century.

Their goal is to offer advanced design and exemplary translations, fostering a vibrant reading community. In addition to their diverse catalog, they also host cultural events within their Tel Aviv venue, where literature and wine blend to create a unique atmosphere.

Nine Lives continues to expand its library, which now includes nearly two hundred published works. With a team passion for literature and a deep respect for storytelling, they strive to make quality literature accessible, ensuring a memorable experience for readers and authors alike.
