## Description

9to5 is a renowned brand that has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights and welfare of working women since its establishment in 1973. It all began in Boston when a group of female office workers came together to address prevalent issues such as pay inequality, workplace harassment, and lack of family-friendly policies. Determined to bring about change, they formed 9to5 and became the inspiration behind the hit movie and song. Today, 9to5 has evolved into one of the largest and most respected national membership organizations for working women in the U.S., with members nationwide. Comprising mostly women, many of whom work multiple jobs, 9to5 is deeply committed to championing meaningful policies that benefit women and working families. Over the years, they have succeeded in securing landmark victories like the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. However, 9to5 recognizes that there is still much work to be done, with countless hardworking Americans struggling to support their families. Through their extensive reports and publications, 9to5 continues to shed light on crucial issues, empowering women and advocating for a better future.
