Chengdu Arcana Culture Communication Co., Ltd., established in 2015 by Wu Xue (Captain Dawn) and Zhong Ling (Teacher Xiang Xiang), is a prominent distributor and innovator in the realm of tarot and divination cards. Building on a foundation laid in 2005 with the launch of the Chinese Tarot Forum, the company partners with renowned publishers such as U.S. Games Systems, Inc., Llewellyn Worldwide, and Lo Scarabeo to bring an array of high-quality tarot products to the Chinese market.

Since 2016, Arcana has published several editions of tarot decks in Chinese, including the classic Rider-Waite Tarot and other specialty decks.
