- **Website:** <https://aaanz-directory.com.au>
- **Primary alias:** `aaanz-directory.com.au`

## Description

The Art Directory is a searchable resource connecting people with expertise in art history and research across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. It is a joint initiative of the Art Association of Australia and New Zealand (AAANZ), the Australian Institute of Art History (AIAH), and the International Committee for the History of Art (CIHA). The directory brings together academics, researchers, teachers, writers, editors, curators, and museum professionals whose work spans art, architecture, and visual culture from different periods and geographic regions.

Visitors can browse all listed members or narrow their search by research field or country, and can also search using relevant terms. Member expertise covers a broad range of subjects, including Australian and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, contemporary and modern art, art historiography, museum studies, material and visual culture, and regional traditions from Europe and Asia. The site also features selected members and provides access to directory information, membership, contact details, and related updates.
