## Description

AACreATively Communicating is a private speech-language practice based in Washington, DC, led by Amanda Soper, a speech-language pathologist. Its mission is to innovate therapeutic and educational practices so people of all abilities can learn to read, write, and communicate. The practice provides speech-language evaluations and therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Washington, DC, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Northern Virginia. Teletherapy is also available.

In addition to direct services, Amanda travels nationally and internationally to offer coaching, consultation, and professional development for families, schools, and other groups. The practice’s approach emphasizes each individual’s potential and supports communication through methods suited to their needs, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Families can find additional resources through the website’s podcasts and interviews, as well as its Teachers Pay Teachers and Boom Learning stores. AACreATively Communicating offers a combination of individualized therapy, practical guidance, and educational support focused on helping individuals express themselves and participate more fully in learning and daily life.
