Motivated by his experience with red-green colour blindness, he combines science and technology with efforts to make information and healthcare more inclusive. His research spans machine learning for diabetes prediction, colour-vision awareness and image enhancement, Alzheimer’s disease prevention, and gene regulatory networks in retinoblastoma. His work has been presented at academic conferences and received recognition including the CREST Gold Award and an Outstanding Written Presentation Award in Biology.
