## Description

The African American Policy Forum (AAPF) is a prominent organization that advocates for policies and initiatives that address racial inequality and social justice issues. Founded by Kimberlé Crenshaw, a renowned scholar and legal expert, AAPF is at the forefront of critical race theory and intersectionality discourse. Their team consists of highly respected individuals who bring expertise in various fields, including law, social work, education, and art. AAPF offers a range of initiatives and programs aimed at creating systemic change and empowering marginalized communities. Their work encompasses advocacy, research, and education, with a focus on issues such as police brutality, affirmative action, and racial disparities. Through campaigns like #SayHerName and #TruthBeTold, AAPF amplifies the voices and experiences of Black women and challenges existing structures of power. In addition to their advocacy work, AAPF provides resources and publications, including a podcast called Intersectionality Matters!, which delves into the complexities of intersecting identities and their impact on social justice. By engaging in groundbreaking research, impactful advocacy, and comprehensive education, AAPF continues to pave the way for a more equitable and inclusive society.
