## Description

Aaron Likens is a motorsports professional, author, speaker, and autism advocate whose career brings together racing, personal storytelling, and inclusion. Inspired by the Indianapolis 500 from childhood, he became Chief Starter and flagman for the NTT INDYCAR Series, including the Indianapolis 500. As the first and only professional flagman with autism in motorsports history, he shares how determination and individual strengths can challenge assumptions and open possibilities.

Through keynote presentations and speaking engagements, Likens addresses businesses, educators, law enforcement, clinicians, and young people. His talks draw on lived experience to explore autism, workplace diversity, belonging, and pursuing goals despite obstacles. He is the author of Playing in Traffic: My Journey from an Autism Diagnosis to the Indy 500 Flag Stand and Finding Kansas: Living and Decoding Asperger’s Syndrome.

The website also features news and updates, community sign-up, and information about a documentary film following his journey through the INDYCAR season.
