## Description

AASS, the Associação de Apoio Social de Sanfins, is a nonprofit private social solidarity institution serving the community of Sanfins, Portugal. Since 1991, the association has provided social support and care for its service users, with a focus on improving quality of life through services adapted to individual needs.

AASS offers three main forms of support. Its day centre provides spaces and activities where users can spend the day in the company of the association’s team. Home support is arranged following an assessment of each person’s needs and, where relevant, those of their family; a suitable set of services is then provided to help improve wellbeing and daily life. The residential care home for older people (ERPI) adapts available services to each resident’s individual requirements and aims to enhance their quality of life.

The association also makes its annual accounts reports available for consultation and download, with reports listed for 2021 to 2025.
