## Description

All About You Plan Managed (AAY PM) provides NDIS plan management for children under 18 and adults over 18. The organisation works with participants and their guardians to help them understand and manage their funding, with the aim of supporting choice and control. Its services include coordinating service bookings, processing provider invoices, maintaining plan records and supplying monthly statements. Participants can approve invoices as they arrive or choose to pay providers directly; approved invoices are processed within 24 to 48 hours after submission to the NDIS.

AAY PM sets participants up with Plannability, an online platform for viewing funding activity, and provides a welcome pack with guidance for providers on invoicing. Each participant is assigned a dedicated staff member, with communication available by phone, email, text message or Microsoft Teams. The team also contacts participants about plan changes and helps them budget accordingly. AAY PM offers flexible service without lock-in contracts and can assist people who are changing plan managers.
