## Description

Fondazione ABAR-TU ETS is an Italian foundation focused on advancing medicine and improving care for people with rheumatic and immune-mediated diseases. Its mission is to help address the complexity of 21st-century medicine by supporting scientific research into conditions that affect people across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood. The foundation promotes advanced research and the application of physics in medicine, while encouraging multidisciplinary, integrated approaches to patient management and the use of advanced technologies alongside artificial intelligence.

Its projects connect research, education and patient care. Initiatives include work on advanced biomedical assistance in rheumatology, proposals for new medical master’s and specialist training programs, and research into hospital waiting rooms. The foundation also supports the development of a dedicated rheumatology center to help young adults with rheumatic diseases transition into adult care. Visitors can learn about its projects, scientific committee, events and news, and ways to contribute. Supporters may donate, become foundation members and take part in decision-making, or allocate their 5×1000 contribution to support efforts addressing chronic rheumatic diseases in children and young people.
