## Description

Association des Bibliothécaires de France (ABF), is an organization of professional and volunteer librarians who reflect, debate, train, and promote the role of libraries in society. ABF offers a wide range of services and resources, including advocacy, training, and support for various types of libraries such as university, specialized, and networked libraries. Additionally, they provide resources on digital libraries, human resources, and professional development for those interested in library careers. The organization is also involved in policy and public awareness campaigns related to libraries, such as the recent initiative to support public libraries in urban areas.

ABF also hosts events, including national and regional seminars, conferences, and workshops, to promote collaboration, professional growth, and the exchange of knowledge within the library community. The resources offered by ABF aim to support and enhance the vital role that libraries play in providing access to information, knowledge, and resources for all members of society.
