About Birth, LLC is a doula and birth photography practice serving Lexington and the surrounding Central Kentucky region. Founded by Meagan Thompson (she/her), a DONA and Carriage House Birth certified birth doula, the practice supports families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Meagan offers physical, emotional, and informational support, tailoring her approach to each person’s preferences, needs, and personality.
