# Absolute Self Defence - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `absoluteselfdefence.com` ## Description Absolute Self Defence is a full-time martial arts school in Mount Kuring-Gai, Australia, providing practical, age-appropriate training for children, teenagers and adults. Established in 2018, the family-friendly club helps students develop self-defence skills, confidence, resilience, fitness, coordination and safety awareness in a supportive, non-competitive environment. The school teaches Kwan Nyom Hapkido as a representative member of the International Hapkido Alliance and the Australian Hapkido group. Training covers practical responses to grabs, strikes, pushes and kicks, as well as rolls, breakfalls, balance, ground defence and joint locks. Programs are organised for different ages and stages, including Raptors, Hawks, Falcons and the IHA Eagles, alongside teen activities and the Jidoja leadership program. Younger students also work on motor skills, balance, listening, self-control and school readiness. Absolute Self Defence offers regular classes, free introductory trial classes, school holiday programs, boot camps and community activities. Its holiday events combine Hapkido practice, games and social experiences. The club emphasises respect, discipline, honesty, integrity and friendship, supporting physical, emotional and social development across its programs. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/absoluteselfdefence) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXcCMIi2M/w/61/h/60/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790752422752) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXcCMIi2M/w/2048/h/2048/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790752423290) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Coral | #ff8044 | accent | | Madison | #08245a | dark | | Black White | #fffffe | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
